Dance with El is the newest craze of online dance fitness classes . We understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goal while having a great time. Each class includes 30 minutes of cardio dancing choreographed routines along with 30 minutes of strength training and stretching. Several class formats to chose from to fit your fitness level.
Eleanor Casale - Bio
Eleanor Casale holds the strong belief that we each hold the key to our own health and wellness journey. A Certified Fitness Instructor with more than 12 years of experience in teaching and guiding others to healthier lifestyles through fitness, today she's focused on helping adults embrace an active approach to life. Her mission? To inspire activity and lifestyle choices that result in healthy minds, healthy bodies and independent living.
Inspired by research that suggests that regular exercise not only delivers physiological benefits but also psychological and social benefits, Eleanor takes pride in developing programs that combine aerobic exercise with strength training and ever-changing, original choreography that keeps the mind alert. In addition to cardio and strength training, Eleanor's classes focus on increasing her clients' mobility, flexibility and balance – key elements to independent living.
Eleanor's upbeat, high-energy, motivating approach is balanced with patience, kindness and compassion for her students. She is committed to designing programs that help them reach attainable - and sustainable – goals, and to helping them transform any unhealthy habits along the way. No one is ever left behind in Eleanor's classes, since she guides students at every level, taking into consideration their abilities and providing modifications and coaching as needed.
Eleanor finds working with adults a rewarding and fulfilling calling, and is dedicated to inspiring her clients to be their best and healthiest version of themselves.
